Frequently Asked Questions


  • When should I order my invitations?
    The earlier, the better. We recommend ordering your invitations no later than 4 months prior to the date you wish you mail out invitations to your guests. If you do not have this much time, please contact us to discuss your needs as we will do our best to work with your timeline.

 

  • How long does the entire process take?
    Our design process could take anywhere from 1 to 3 months. Production takes an additional 4 to 6 weeks. Keep in mind that there are other factors that may lengthen the process such as customizations, the size of your order, and our production schedule. This is why we recommend ordering your invitations well in advance.

 

  • What is included in each invitation set?
    Not all sets are the same. Please see the samples in our gallery to find out what is included in the set you like. Additional insert cards can be added to all invitations for an additional minimal fee.

 

  • Is there minimum order requirements?
    The minimum order requirement for Hard Cover Invitations is 100. For Silk Invitations, the minimum order requirement is 50. Additional invitations can be ordered in increments of 25.

  • Can I customize a design?
    Yes! If you see something in our gallery that you like, we can easily alter the colors, size, and even embellishments. If you don’t see anything you like or would like something custom designed just for your event, we would be happy to do that as well. Please keep in mind that it is often less expensive to alter an existing design than to create a completely new one.

 

  • Can Blissful Paperie create matching stationery?
    Yes! We can create matching ceremony programs, menus, place cards, table numbers and almost anything else you could think of. Bring us your ideas and we will do our best to bring them to life.

 

  • Can I order from Blissful Paperie if I am not located in Houston?
    Absolutely! The entire process can be done over the phone or via email. As long as you are willing to pay for shipping, we will be happy to ship orders to anywhere in the United States.

 

 

  • When should I mail out my invitations?
    We recommend mailing out your invitations 6 to 8 weeks prior to your event. For destination weddings we recommend mailing out invitations 10 to 12 weeks prior to your event.

 

  • Can I see samples of Blissful Paperie’s work?
    Since the production process is quite lengthy, we are unable to mail out samples. If you are interested in our work, we will gladly meet with you for a free consultation where you have the opportunity to see some of the samples we have on hand.
